A structured training programme for all CAREHOPES companions and care professionals. Courses are organised into three tiers — Mandatory, Essential, and Related — and mapped to each role and stage of employment.

Mandatory Training
Required before any client contactAll CAREHOPES staff must complete every mandatory course before working with clients. These courses cover the legal, ethical, and safety foundations of care work.

All courses are delivered through CAREHOPES Academy. On completion, staff receive a certificate of completion. Renewal dates are tracked and reminders issued automatically.
