Born from years of experience in companionship and care, CAREHOPES exists to ensure that every person — regardless of age or circumstance — feels seen, valued, and supported.
Where we come from
From Trusted Companionship to CAREHOPES
CAREHOPES has grown from the foundations of Trusted Companionship — a Birmingham-based service that spent years providing compassionate, person-centred support to older adults and people with disabilities across the West Midlands.
That work taught us something important: the difference between a service that simply turns up and one that genuinely cares is felt immediately. It shows in the conversations, the patience, the consistency, and the small moments of connection that make a real difference to someone's day.
CAREHOPES carries that spirit forward — with a broader vision, a stronger commitment to quality, and a name that reflects what we believe every person deserves: care today, and hope for tomorrow.

Loneliness and social isolation are among the most significant challenges facing older adults and people with disabilities in the UK today. We believe that regular, meaningful human connection is not a luxury — it is a fundamental part of living well.
Our mission is to be the trusted presence that makes that connection possible: reliable, warm, and always centred on the person we are supporting.
